TGSF Tournament Info

All TGSF tournaments are held at Savage Park - 17800 E. 21st St. - Tulsa, OK 74134. Savage Park is a thirteen field complex.  Nine fields are lighted and all 13 have 200 ft. fences. Savage Park was built in 2000 after "many" years of waiting for a fastpitch softball complex for the girls. In 2009, construction updates were completed and the park now has gazebos and a playground for the kids. Savage Park has a great group of volunteers, workers and an "awesome" concession. We hope that you decide to play a tournament at Savage and see for yourself.

All teams must be registered and insured according to the sanction of the tournament entered. A copy of insurance/registration must be shown at check-in.

Your roster must be turned in at check-in prior to your first game. This must be an official roster with team name/player names/player birthdates. An official ASA roster is required for all ASA tournament teams, an official IFA roster is required for IFA National Qualifiers and an official USSSA roster is required for USSSA World Qualifiers.

Entry deadline is MONDAY of the tournament weekend. Teams will not be bracketed unless entry fee is received/or approved by deadline date. Withdrawals after bracketing will result in forfeiture of entry fee.
