In order to better meet you needs and ensure that we have ample printed materials available, we would appreciate you supplying us with some basic information.  Please be sure to include your hotel information in case we need to contact you during the tournament.  To supply information, click here!

An important note for all JO teams: 

Per the ASA Code, Article 501 A. 3.  Rostered Player:  "A player may participate in more than one Junior Olympic division of play, but that player is limited to only one classification within a division of play."  JO teams should therefore be advised that if they participate in championship play at a classification higher that their assigned classification, they must participate at that higher classification for the remainder of the season.  For example, if a Girls Fastpitch Class "A" team participates in a Gold Territory Tournament, that team may not move back down to play in Class "A" championship play.  For the remainder of the season that team will be classified as a Gold team, and may only play in Gold championship play.

Entry Fee:                       $350.00 per team


                                         Make check payable to Tulsa Girls Softball Federation (TGSF)

                                         ***Must have ASA entry form (signed by your local ASA Commissioner) and payment before
                                         team is officially entered.  ASA Championship roster can be sent later.

Deadline:                       Southern Territory teams will be accepted first.  Deadline is April 15th.  After April 15th, a
                                         decision will be made as to whether we will accept teams from other territories.

                                         Non-Southern Territory teams:  please date check for April 15th or send money order/cashier's
                                         check.  Teams will be added to the waiting list upon receipt of entry fee and ASA entry form.

Tournament Draw:       Draw will be held at Savage Park on June 15th at 7:00 p.m.  Results will be posted on
                                         www.registerasa.com, as well as on www.tulsagirlssoftball.com.

Game Format:               Double elimination bracket until 6 berths are reached.

Team Info:                      Team information and player profiles must be received by June 8th to be included in the college
                                          college coach's packet.  We will send you an information sheet as soon as your entry fee/forms
                                          are received.
